Shipping and Handling:
All of our treasures are handcrafted and may take up to 5 days to ship (though most items in stock are shipped within 24 hours). We will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery and tracking number. If you need your order by a certain date, please call us at 847-256-6629 so we can immediately expedite your order.
Gift Wrap:
We will be happy to gift-wrap any item and add a personal message for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will take returns or exchanges for all items (unless otherwise noted) within 21 days of receipt. In order to expedite the transaction, we require that you contact us upon sending the item back. Refund does not include shipping charges. Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Repairs are free for up to 3 months after purchase and discussed on a per item basis for 3 months thereafter.
